We are a boutique investment company that focuses solely on direct impact investments in social enterprises. More than just providing access to capital, Pangaea provides its partner enterprises with access to significant experience and expertise in strategic planning, business model design and operational execution. We have specific experience in the education (online, vocational and tertiary) and legal services sectors. We have founded, led and exited successful businesses in the online learning and tertiary education sectors. We have experience in start-ups, consolidation plays and turn-arounds.
